Included: Surface prep: light sanding, patching small nail holes, caulking trim as needed Protecting floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and plastic sheeting Application of 1–2 coats of standard wall paint (customer’s choice of color & sheen) Minor drywall touch-ups prior to painting Cleanup of work area, removal of masking, and light tidy after completion Not Included: Supplying specialty or premium paints (customer can provide or billed separately) Major drywall or plaster repairs, skim coating, or texture matching Painting ceilings, trim, doors, or cabinetry (available as add-ons) Wallpaper removal, stain blocking, or heavy prep work Moving heavy furniture or removing wall décor/artwork Multi-color schemes or murals (quoted separately)
