Included: Removal of existing carpet or floating floors Subfloor inspection and minor leveling (up to ⅛") Installation of customer-supplied LVP or laminate flooring (floating or click-lock) Installation of customer-supplied underlayment or moisture barrier (if required) Baseboard removal and reinstallation or quarter-round installation Standard transitions between flooring types (T-molds, reducers, etc.) Job site cleanup and debris haul-away Not Included: Supplying flooring, underlayment, trim, or transitions Major subfloor leveling or repairs (beyond ⅛") Moving heavy furniture, appliances, or built-ins Moisture mitigation or soundproofing systems Staircases, risers, or complex layouts (quoted separately) Specialty patterns (herringbone, chevron, parquet) Demo of glued-down floors, tile, or complex materials (quoted separately)
