Included: Removal of existing light fixture Installation of customer-supplied light fixture on an existing, code-compliant junction box Standard wiring connection and testing Mounting hardware (if included with the fixture) Cleanup of workspace and packaging removal Not Included: Supplying the light fixture or specialty mounting hardware New wiring, switch relocation, or circuit modifications Installation of junction boxes where none exist, or upgrades to non-compliant boxes Fixture assembly requiring extensive time (complex chandeliers, multi-arm fixtures, oversized units) Specialty lifts or scaffolding for high/vaulted ceilings (over 12 ft) Decorative or smart dimmer switches (available at an additional charge)
