Included: Power washing to clean and prep exterior surfaces Light scraping, sanding, and caulking of minor cracks or seams Masking of windows, doors, fixtures, landscaping, and hardscapes Application of 1–2 coats of premium exterior paint on stucco, siding, or fascia Standard trim and door painting (1 color) Cleanup of job site and removal of masking Not Included: Supplying specialty or designer paints (customer can provide or billed separately) Major stucco or wood repairs, dry rot replacement, or re-texturing Multi-color schemes beyond body + trim (e.g., accent walls, shutters, garage doors — can be quoted separately) Painting of roofs, decks, or specialized surfaces (metal, brick, stone) unless noted Window glazing, extensive masking of complex features, or HOA-specific decorative details Paint color consulting services (available as add-on)
