Included: Professional assembly and installation of customer-supplied ceiling fan Mounting to an existing fan-rated junction box Wiring connection to existing switch Blade balancing and basic remote setup (if applicable) Cleanup of workspace and packaging removal Not Included: Supplying the fan itself or new mounting hardware Installing or upgrading a non–fan-rated junction box (additional fee if required) New electrical wiring or switch relocation Extra-tall/complex installations (over 12 ft ceilings, cathedral ceilings, or specialty scaffolding) Decorative or custom wall controls
